Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a safe and convenient transportation of a drum and a safe and exact removal of a content of the drum, and eliminate a possibility of exposing the content when mounting and dismounting of the drum to a transporter. SOLUTION: An upright post assembly 22 extends upward from a main frame 12, which is an outside mast assembly 18, and includes a fixed guide post 24. An upper clamp mechanism 30B is movably mounted on the fixed post 24 so as to be engaged with an edge of a drum 34. A lift mechanism 56 controls a vertical direction movement of the upper clamp mechanism 30A and a stabilization mechanism 46, and is engaged with a drum 34 by a transporter 10B, thus enabling the transportation. A weight measurement device is movably mounted on the fixed post 24. A pump mechanism comprising a pump 96, a dipping tube 92, and a discharge line 94 is removably mounted. The main frame 12 comprises a counterbalance means for making minimum the inclination of the transporter 10B in a handling of the drum 34. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
