CAR SEAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car seat to be stored at a rear lower part of a seat cushion and to eliminate a reduction in design in the prior art and disadvantage in function in the prior art. SOLUTION: This car seat has: a seat cushion 2; a seat-back 3; a pair of right and left back supports 4 for supporting the seat back 3 in such a way that the seat-back can fall forward; and a cushion support constructed to store the seat cushion 2 from its application position to its storing position as the seat-back 3 falls forward. The seat cushion 2 has a seat cushion main body 20 including a forward part 21 having a larger width size than an inner space of the back support 4 and including a rearward part 22 provided with recesses 23 at both ends; and a cover part 25 projected from a side surface upper end of the rearward part 22 toward a side part and arranged to cover the recesses 23. The cover part 25 is constituted such that it intefers with the back support 4 and is displaced upwardly when the seat cushion 2 is stored at the storing position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
