OWNER PREFERENTIAL DATA DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, DATA DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND DATA DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an owner preferential data distribution management apparatus for controlling the use of a band by guests being other users by a simple method while keeping the impartiality between the guests and taking the precedence of an owner as a preferential user over the other users. SOLUTION: The owner preferential data distribution management apparatus adopting a configuration of distributing data of a certain band to the guests is provided with: a host management table 0007 for managing the priority of a sender host; a distribution management table 0004 for managing a communication procedure of each communication and permissible acknowledgement information; and a reception buffer 0002 for storing the data in data transfer processing, and the owner preferential data distribution management apparatus controls the communication of the guests under prescribed impartiality outside the owner's band having the priority.
