SOLUTION: This is a plate for the fuel cell provided with a gas passage for supplying the gas to an anode or a cathode of the fuel cell, and the plate 22 has a gas circulation region 22a constituted of an electroconductive member having a plurality of ribs 37 and the gas passage 38 formed by the plurality of ribs 37, and the outer peripheral part 22b constituted of an insulating resin in which supply and discharge holes 25, 26, 27, 28 of the anode gas and the cathode gas are formed.
