SEAM FAILURE INSPECTION APPARATUS OF RESIN TUBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seam failure inspection apparatus of a resin tube 6 for surely inspecting the failure of a seam 6a by arranging an LED 8d at both sides in the resin tube 6. SOLUTION: A transparent illuminator 8 comprising a black non-luster coated surface 8c that is arranged to shield an area between the seam 6a at a fusion section to the center axis of a resin tube 6 in the resin tube 6 in a cylindrical shape by butt-fusing both the side ends of a strip of resin sheet 2; and LED 8d that is arranged while the center of each light axis is tilted toward the seam 6a at both the sides of the black non-luster coated surface 8c. At the same time an imaging apparatus 3 is arranged at the further outside via the seam 6a from the center axis of the resin tube 6 to detect seam failure, based on image signal being imaged by the imaging apparatus 3.
