CLEANING AND INSPECTING DEVICE FOR FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for inspection work of a cleaned portion carried out after cleaning, reduce weight of a device body, easily lift and lower the device body, stably hold the device body in a facility, and positively carry out cleaning irrespective of an inner surface shape of the facility by moving a cleaning means on a rail laid along an inner surface of the device body. SOLUTION: The cleaning and inspecting device for the facility is provided with a device body 5 cleaning and inspecting a boiler tube 4, a winch 9 suspending the device body 5 in a boiler 2 from an upper part of the boiler 2 so that it can move freely vertically, and a holding means 12 for stably holding the device body 5 at a predetermined height position in the boiler 2. The device body 5 is provided with a blast device 7 capable of moving on the rail 8 laid along an inner surface of the boiler 2, and a television camera 6 used as a monitoring means for monitoring a boiler 2 interior. The holding means 12 has an arm 13 capable of protruding toward the inner surface of the boiler 2 from the device body 5, and the winch 9, the holding means 12, and the blast device 7 can be remotely operated on the basis of information by the television camera 6.
