Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device for glass molding machine improved in temperature uniformity of a molding die and energy efficiency. SOLUTION: Around an upper and a lower dies 2 and 3 are enclosed by a transparent quartz tube 8, and inside the tube 8, a molding room capable of controlling the atmosphere is formed. Outside the transparent quartz tube 8, an infrared heating device 10 is set. The infrared heating device 10 is constructed by piling more than one combination of a ring-shaped infrared lamp 11 and a reflecting mirror 12. Every reflecting mirror 12 is located behind every infrared lamp 11, and reflects the light from the infrared lamp 11 to the central axis of the upper and lower dies 2, 3. The cross section of the reflecting mirror 12 intersected by a plane including the central axis is a parabola, and reflects the light from the every infrared ray lamp and changes into a parallel beam perpendicular to the central axis, in the cross section including the central axis.
