TREATMENT METHOD FOR HEAVY METAL-CONTAINING WASTE LIQUID AND TREATMENT AGENT USED THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for heavy metal-containing waste liquid, which simplifies a waste liquid treatment process, enhances the removing efficiency of heavy metals such as vanadium, safely performs waste liquid treatment and is excellent from an economical aspect. SOLUTION: The treatment method for heavy metal-containing waste liquid has the first process for adding a treatment agent, which contains a polymer having an amino or ammonium group (e.g., polyallylamine) as an effective component, to the waste liquid containing heavy metals such as vanadium, the second process for adding an inorganic flocculant to the waste liquid treatment and the third process for adding a polymeric flocculant to the waste liquid treatment.
