SORTING APPARATUS FOR FISHES AND SHELLFISHES OR VEGETABLES AND FRUITS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting apparatus for sorting fishes and shellfishes or vegetables and fruits by shape and size. SOLUTION: The sorting apparatus for fishes and shellfishes or vegetables and fruits has a hopper for sorting fishes and shellfishes or vegetables and fruits by shape/size, a charging port 1 for supplying fishes and shellfishes or vegetables and fruits to the hopper, the sorting partition plate provided to the lower part of the hopper in order to receive fishes and shellfishes or vegetables and fruits sorted by the hopper, a discharge part 4 for discharging the portions having the maximum shape among the fishes and shellfishes or vegetables and fruits from the hopper, and drive parts 5 and 6 for rotating the hopper. The hopper part is a drum type rotary sorting device wherein a plurality of pipes 3 are arranged in a cylindrical trumpet shape so that the spaces between the pipes are arranged in a state tapered from the charging port 1 toward the discharge part 4.
