SOLUTION: At least two ceramic green sheets 70 are laminated on a laminating table 81. At least one of the ceramic green sheets 70 has electrodes 60 in a laminating interface. The laminating table 81 has a ventilation hole 811 in a receiving surface 810 for receiving the ceramic green sheets 70. The ventilation hole 811 is distributed over the receiving surface 810.
