Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow delivery with high reliability when electronic commerce is conducted by exchanging electronic data between an orderer and a supplier: and to eliminate the need for storing and managing information on shipment and the delivery in the orderer and the supplier. SOLUTION: The supplier 2 is connected through a network to a common server 4 assuring shortage and excess by collating data on the ordering from the orderer 1 with information on a schedule for the delivery from the supplier 2. Shipment accuracy is enhanced by transmitting information on a collation result to the supplier 2 from the common server 4 to concentrate in a centralized fashion the storage, the management and the like of information on the decided delivery based on the information on the schedule for the delivery.
