SOLUTION: A 1st lock member 21 which has an engagement part 23 is fixed to an inner flank of a side plate 8. A 2nd lock member 22 comprising a leaf spring is fixed to a flank of the fallboard 1 opposite the 1st lock member 21. When the fallboard 1 is opened, an engagement part 22c of the leaf spring 22 and an engagement part 23 of the 1st lock member 21 mechanically engage with each other to lock the fallboard 1.
