PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize the work of welding and adhesion by applying an adhesion or a solvent to a sheet-like body to be welded and made adhered represented by a waterproof sheet, to improve workability, and to stabilize the quality of welding and adhesion. SOLUTION: This auxiliary implement A is an auxiliary implement for assisting welding or adhesion by pressing the sheet body C and comprises a frame 1; at least two rollers 2 rotatably mounted to the frame 1 so as to press the surface of the sheet body C; a sliding member 3 which is retractably arranged between the two rollers 2 and slides with its one surface in contact with the surface of the sheet body C; and a biasing member 4 for biasing the sliding member 3 in such a way that its one surface presses the surface of the sheet body C.
