Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat shield coating member on an alloy substrate which is used for a rotor blade and a stator blade of a gas turbine, and a heat shield coating member. SOLUTION: A TBC bond coat is coated on an alloy substrate (S102). Next, the bond coat is re-melted by using YAG laser beams (S104). Finally, a top coat is coated on the re-melted bond coat by using, for example, atmospheric plasma spray (APS) (S106). When TBC is manufactured by the above method, a thin aluminum oxide layer is formed on a top coat/bond coat interface. Thus, diffusion of Ni, Co, Cr or the like in the bond coat to the top coat side is suppressed, and formation of mixed oxides in the top coat is suppressed. As a result, generation of cracks and separation in the top coat can be suppressed by improving the material of the top coat. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
