Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high molecular weight/highly crystalline poly(1, 4-cyclohexane dicarboxylate) in a form of not substantially containing impurities. SOLUTION: This method for producing the poly(1, 4-cyclohexane carboxylate), especially a poly (1, 4-cyclohexanedimethylene-1, 4-cyclohexane dicaboxylate) is provided by bringing ≥1 kind of a relatively non-volatile diol such as 1, 4-cyclohexane dimethanol in contact with cyclohexane-1, 4-dicarboxylic acid each other in the presence of an esterification catalyst at 220-260°C temperature. Also, the method for producing the poly(1, 4-cyclohexane dicarboxylate) is provided by performing the above contact in a melt or in a solid state in two stages of two different temperatures, wherein a first stage temperature is approximately 220-230°C, and the highest second temperature is 260°C. Also, the method for producing the poly(1, 4-cyclohexane dicarboxylate) is provided by allowing the presence of a volatile diol such as ethylene glycol. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
