Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a multiple layer resin-coated curved metal pipe in which a multiple layer coat having an epoxy resin, a thin film layer of a heat melting adhesive, and a thick film layer of a polyolefin is applied on the peripheral surface of a curved metal pipe. SOLUTION: An incompletely cured anchor layer 2 of a curable epoxy resin is formed on the peripheral surface of the curved metal pipe 1, and a provisionally assembled multiple layer coat 5 in which the thin film layer 3 of the heat melting adhesive and the thick film layer 4 of the polyolefin are arranged in an adhesive state is formed on the layer 2. After that, by induction-heating the curved metal pipe 1 under the coat with an induction coil 25, the complete curing of the anchor layer 2 by heat conduction from the curved metal pipe and interlayer joining by the melting of the adhesive are advanced simultaneously, so that the coat 5 is completed in an integrated multiple layer coat, and the multiple layer-coated curve metal pipe is produced.
