Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which can make precise exposure control at static picture imaging. SOLUTION: The imaging device which can take an image of the static picture calculates a light exposure with the current exposure control in a control circuit 107, when a shutter button 110 is depressed. Then, it determines light exposure at the static picture imaging, based on the calculation result obtained at a motion picture imaging, to make the exposure control in a mechanical shutter control section 108 and an image pickup device drive circuit 109.
