Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor capable of reducing the internal resistance of a capacitor, and preventing the electrolytic solution of the capacitor from being leaked to the outside. SOLUTION: This capacitor is constituted of a metallic case 12a whose external surface is provided with a terminal for outside connection for housing a capacitor element 11 with electrolytic solution for driving, and a sealing board 13a for sealing the opening of the metallic case 12a. In the capacitor, the external surface of the sealing board 13a is provided with a terminal 15b for outside connection, and the sealing board 13a is provided with a self-restoration type pressure adjusting valve 18 and an injection hole 17 for injecting electrolytic solution for driving. A columnar metallic sealing member 19 with a flange is fit through an O ring into the injection hole 17, and the surrounding of the flange of the sealing member 19 is laser-welded and closed.
