PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording/reproducing device for efficiently arrange library information. SOLUTION: The device comprises a first recording/reproducing means (107) for performing information recording, reproducing and deleting for a built-in first recording medium as an object; a second recording/reproducing means (105) for preforming information recording and reproducing a removable second recording medium as an object: a recording control means (108) for recording a library information file including a plurality of library information corresponding to a plurality of contents information recorded on the first and second recording media; and a deleting control means (108) for individually performing processing to delete the whole library information included in the library information file and the whole contents information recorded on the first recording medium.
