Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire survey terminal available for both an OA task in a fire department and an outdoor survey task. SOLUTION: A task PC 103 is divided into a main body part and a display part. The display part itself is made to function as the computer of a fire survey terminal 104 having a CPU and an RAM or the like. The data of survey results recorded in a survey terminal by an inspector 106 are transmitted to a server 102, and worked into a slip form format such as a survey result notice by the server 102. When the collation of the survey result is requested from a survey consultant 116 based on information printed in an inquiry card 107, the slip document is Web-distributed and FAX-distributed to a PC device 113 and an FAX telephone set 115 or the like at the survey consultant 116 side by the server 102.
