Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the arithmetic quantity of the plotting processing of emitted lights, and to shorten a processing time. SOLUTION: At the time of plotting secondary lights, the scanning object is decided in a step NS401. The secondary lights are defined as vertical lines when the primary lights are scanned in an X axial direction, and as horizontal lines when the primary lights are scanned in a Y axial direction. Scanning length 1 and 2 are calculated in a step NS402. Then, exception processing is executed in a condition judgement NS403. The plotting processing in a +ω direction is carried out from a step NS404 to step NS412. A scanning counter η is initialized to zero in a step NS404. The current coordinates of the object to be plotted are calculated, that is, when the primary lights are scanned in the X axial direction, Y coordinates corresponding to Xn+η are calculated, and when the primary lights are scanned in the Y axial direction, X coordinates corresponding to the Yn+η are calculated in a step NS405.
