Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preserving an enzyme-labeled antibody capable of performing stable and long-term preservation. SOLUTION: The enzyme-labeled antibody is preserved in a buffer solution containing a Good's buffer, calcium chloride, and sodium chloride. The concentration of the calcium chloride in the buffer solution is preferably between 5-15 mM, more preferably 10 mM. The concentration of the sodium chloride is higher than the concentration of physiological saline, preferably lies within the range between 0.85-1.7%, more preferably approximately 1.7%. The most preferable composition of the buffer solution is PIPES (pH6.0) of 20 mM, calcium chloride of 10 mM, and sodium chloride of 1.7%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
