Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold resistance relaxing material for a low temperature liquid tank, a method for construction for that, etc., in which construction is easy to allow efficient formation in a short period, and in which defects in performance are eliminated. SOLUTION: In this method for construction for the cold resistance relaxing material 30 for a low temperature liquid tank, the low temperature liquid tank comprises a double shell structure of an inner shell and an outer shell, and the outer shell is protected from cold. A heat insulation layer 20 is placed on a liner plate 40 at a bottom part of the outer shell at site. Urethane-based adhesive 16 is applied to the surface of the heat insulation layer 20 laminated on the liner plate 40. On the urethane-based adhesive 16, lining material 10 holding metal foil in organic fiber cloth is applied. Urethane-based adhesive 17 is applied to the surface of the lining material 10.
