Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gear shaft mounting structure for preventing and lowering of holding power of a shaft caused by sink after molding, and inclination of a shaft softening of resin in a high temperature environment, in an electronic control throttle device. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin cover 5 is attached on a synthetic resin throttle body 4 housing a throttle valve 1. A metal holder plate 40 is insert-molded in the cover 5. A gear shaft 19 for supporting an idle gear to be rotatable is fixed to the holder plate 40. The idle gear 18 is interposed between a gear 14 fixed to a rotor shaft 35 of a brushless motor 3 and a gear 11 fixed to a shaft 2 to which the throttle valve 1 is attached. Since the idle gear 18 is arranged on a cover 5 side while being fixed to a metal member, the inclination of the gear shaft 19 in the high temperature environment is suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
