Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder composition for construction of roads, including their repair, having excellent safety and being capable of causing a ready and uniform hardening reaction even at room temperature and a method of constructing a road using the composition. SOLUTION: The composition comprises a resin of an acid number of 3-100mgKOH/g and a coupling agent, and the construction method uses the composition. The coupling agent is selected from silane- and titanium-coupling agents and aluminum-type chelate compounds, and the resin is preferably an unsaturated polyester resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
