Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging device in which an output signal line is provided with a plurality of loads and the resistance of a source follower circuit arranged for each row is equalized. SOLUTION: For MOS transistors Ta1-Tam arranged in respective rows, MOS transistors Tc1 and Tc2 becoming a load through an output signal line 6 are connected to the opposite end sides of the output signal line 6. When MOS transistors Tb1-Tbm in respective rows are selected by a horizontal scanning circuit 2 for each row, the load of a source follower circuit in a selected row is determined by the MOS transistors Tc1 and Tc2 and the output signal line 6, and thereby the load is equalized for all rows.
