Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell electrode in which using quantity of expensive fluorocarbon series electrolyte polymer can be substantially reduced and an output potential which is almost equal to, or higher than, the case when only a fluorocarbon series electrolyte polymer is used as a proton conductive material is obtained, and which is advantageous for improving power generation output of the fuel cell, and an electrolytic solution, and a manufacturing method of the fuel cell electrode. SOLUTION: The fuel cell electrode comprises as the main component a conductive minute body such as a carbon minute body carrying a catalyst and a proton conductive material having proton conductivity which is mixed with the conductive minute body. The proton conductive material is formed of a mixture in which a hydrocarbon series electrolyte polymer made of a vinyl monomer as the raw material, and the fluorocarbon series electrolyte polymer are mixed.
