Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an electric field strength at a triple junction in a vacuum valve, in which three boundaries (metal/insulting material/insulating medium) are combined. SOLUTION: The vacuum valve comprises: a pair of electrodes 7, 8 provided inside a vacuum insulating vessel 1; a fixed electric conduction shaft 6; an annular insulating disc 16 on the fixed side; metallized layers 16a, 16b provided on inner and outer diameter sides of the surface on an open air side; a first connecting member 18 connected through the metallized layer 16a; a second connecting member 19 connected through the metallized layer 16b; a movable electric conduction shaft 9, to which one end of a bellows is fixed; an annular insulating disc 17 on the movable side; metallized layers 17a, 17b each provided on inner and outer diameter sides of the surface on the open air side; and a third connecting member 20 connected through the metallized layer 17b.
