METHOD FOR CHARGING SURFACE AT HIGH SPEED, METHOD FOR DETECTING OVERLAPPED ELEMENT AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently detecting overlapped elements in input data to be used for a high-speed surface charging method and a program for the detecting method. SOLUTION: When input data 11 are read in (S201), the shapes of respective elements are decided on the basis of the input data 11 (S202). The elements whose shapes are decided are mutually compared on the basis of the shape deciding results of respective elements to decide whether respective elements are overlapped or not (S203). When overlapped elements are detected, information concerned with the detection result of the overlapped elements is outputted (S204). Correction data 16 are prepared on the basis of the outputted information concerned with the detection result of the overlapped elements (S205).
