TALENT PICKING-OUT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a talent picking-out system capable of appropriately picking out talents really useful for the enterprise side or the like while nurturing the talents. SOLUTION: A member accesses a system server 17 through a member terminal 26, and takes out and replies to desired information from a general aptitude determination test database 21, a specific aptitude determination test database 22 and a general subject information database 23 stored in a database 18. The reply result is stored in a member information database 20 for every member and displayed as talent information on an enterprise terminal 28a of the enterprise or the like. Since a specific aptitude determination test and general subjects are presented by the enterprise or the like, the suitable talent can be picked out according to the reply result. Furthermore, since the enterprise or the like can select the specific member out of the presented talent information to present the specific subject and can obtain the reply to the subject, the talent can be picked out with higher accuracy.
