Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming member with an image receiving layer having good dry adhesiveness and wet adhesiveness to a support before and after processing and to particularly provide an image forming member with a highly hydrophobic support such as a stretched polyester. SOLUTION: The image forming member includes a polymer sheet, a primer layer that comes in contact with the polymer sheet and an image receiving layer that comes in contact with the primer layer, wherein the primer layer comprises (a) a polyethyleneimine, (b) a latex having a Tg (glass transition temperature) of
