SOLUTION: The black shield has a support structure, a first CrOx layer which is disposed over the support structure and absorbs the incident light in a substantially reflected transmission path, and a second CrOx layer which is disposed integrally with the support structure and absorbs the incident light in a substantially non-reflected transmission path.
