WATER SEALANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water sealant prepared by improving a conventional water sealant of a (meth)acrylic casting type, wherein the problems possessed by a conventional water sealant of MS-6 type using non-urethane-based solution are solved, that is, the nonfreezing property of gel is enhanced and the elasticity of the sealant is further improved. SOLUTION: The water sealant contains a composition prepared by incorporating a composition prepared by mixing 120-200 pts. wt. of antifreeze and 30-60 pts. wt. of a reducing agent and 5-30 pts. wt. of an oxidant and 300-450 pts. wt. of water into 100 pts. wt. of a mixture comprising 55-67 mass% of polyethylene glycol monomethacrylate, 25-30 mass% of polyethylene glycol diacrylate and 5-15 mass% of water. Alternatively, a composition prepared by mixing 90-120 pts. wt. of magnesium acrylate (30% aqueous solution), 30-60 pts. wt. of a reducing agent , 5-30 pts. wt. of an oxidant and 420-650 pts. wt. of water is incorporated in 100 pts. wt. of the above mixture.
