VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL CELL GROWTH FACTOR INHIBITOR AND ANTICANCER AGENT CONTAINING THE SAME, AND COX-2 INHIBITOR AND ANTI-INFLAMMATORY AGENT AND ANTICANCER AGENT CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new VEGF inhibitor and an anticancer agent containing the same as an active ingredient, and a new selective COX-2 inhibitor and an anti-inflammatory agent and anticancer agent containing the same as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This VEGF inhibitor is expressed by general formula (1) [wherein, R1, R2are each phenyl, a heterocyclic group, or the phenyl or heterocyclic group of which at least one H is substituted by a group selected from a group consisting of hydroxy, a 1-10C alkyl, a 1-10C alkoxy and R3-S- group (wherein, R3is a 1-10C alkyl) or a halogen atom, and R1, R2are each the same or different]. The anticancer agent contains the VEGF inhibitor as the active ingredient. The anti-inflammatory agent and anticancer agent contain the new selective COX-2 inhibitor as the active ingredient.
