Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pathological sample-preserving bag extremely excellent in a barrier property of formaldehyde gas. SOLUTION: The pathological sample-preserving bag is composed of a multilayer film having at least one layer of layer A consisting mainly of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) having 20-65 mol% ethylene content and ≥90 mol% saponification degree and the layer A is constituted so as not to directly come in contact with a fixed liquid of the pathological sample. The pathological sample-preserving bag is free from occurrence of malodor and does not disturb human health, because the bag inhibits permeation of formaldehyde gas. The bag further distributes to space saving and enhances visibility and enables contact observation, because the bag is excellent in transparency, water resistance and chemical resistance.
