Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input signal monitoring device, a drive force distribution control device for a four-wheel drive vehicle, and an electric power steering control device, in which generation of nonconformity is eliminated by control after restoration of an input signal to normal by executing restoration processes in accordance with driving states in a case where the input signal becoming abnormal restores to be normal. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 32 of this input signal monitoring device for a vehicle monitors if a throttle signal subject to be monitored is abnormal or not. When it is determined to be abnormal, an abnormality handling process is executed to the throttle signal. The microcomputer 32 determines a driving state of the vehicle, and in a case where the throttle signal restores to normal, while the driving state is stopped, the abnormality handling process is canceled, and a restoration process is executed.
