Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overesheet which shows superb embossing and adhesive properties, high resistance to heat and chemical, and a decorative sheet using the oversheet. SOLUTION: The oversheet has a surface layer made of a polyester resin composition containing 40 to 70 mass% of a polyethylene terephthalate, 0 to 40 mass% of a polybutylene terephthalate and 10 to 40 mass% of a soft polybutylene terephthalate copolymer as main components and a base material layer made of an aromatic polyester resin composition containing substantially a non-crystalline aromatic polyester resin as a main component. The surface layer is 20 to 80 μm thick. The decorative sheet is a laminate comprising the oversheet and an undercoat sheet with a printing layer formed on at least a part of the surface, on which the oversheet is laminated.
