SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display device includes a substrate 100, at least one thin-film transistor formed on the substrate 100, one or more insulating layers 123, 125, and 129 with the thin film transistor embedded therein, a first electrode 112 formed on an upper surface of the at one or more insulating layers 123, 125, and 129 in a predetermined pattern and to which the thin film transistor selectively applies a voltage, a bus electrode 150 formed on and insulated with the first electrode 112, an insulative flat film 130 with an opening formed thereon so as to expose the first electrode 112 and the bus electrode 150, an organic film 160 formed on the upper surface of the first electrode 112, and a second electrode 170 formed on the upper surface of the organic layer 160 and the flat film 130 and electrically connected to the bus electrode 150.
