Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide superconducting thin film with a large critical current density and with a large critical current per unit width. SOLUTION: The oxide superconducting thin film has oxide superconducting phases with a c-axis direction of crystals on a substrate parallel with a substrate face existing in dispersion in oxide superconducting phases with the c-axis direction of the crystals vertical to the substrate face. The superconducting phases with the c-axis direction of the crystals parallel with the substrate face become an effective pinning point, and it is possible to provide an oxide superconducting thin film with excellent critical current characteristics and further, with a large critical current per unit width.
