Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user inexperienced in procedure through a network such as a web to simply perform the procedure for receiving service on a web and to reduce the cost. SOLUTION: This method for providing resources on web includes: a procedure of providing physical articles with right of using and authentication about resources on a web by a physical article providing means; a procedure of inquiring about authentication information to a storage means storing the right of using associated with the authentication information by a server accessed by the user provided with an article from a terminal to which the authentication information is input; and a procedure of assigning resources on the web where the contents of right of using are reflected using the inquiry information responding to the authentication information from the storage means by the server.
