SOLUTION: For the window 70, a window material 100 with a heat ray cutting layer 2 containing a compound containing a phosphoric acid group and copper ion and a heat ray cutting layer 4 where metal oxide particles are dispersed, formed on a light transmissive planar member 1 and a light transmissive window material 200 are arranged at a fixed interval and a space K is formed between them.
