Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide voice communication that eliminates the need to transmit noise information to be voiceless section voice information on a reception side, solves a problem of a decrease in transmission efficiency, and gives no feeling of physical disorder to a called person. SOLUTION: A voice intermittent communication system transmits voiced section voice information in a voiced section, but does not sends a voiceless section voice signal from a transmission side and generates a voiceless section voice signal in a voiceless section by extracting noise information on a reception side from received voiced section speech information or a voice signal of its station to be sent to an opposite station.
