Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold apparatus which enables a scaffold to be formed on the entire perimeter of a smokestack by a single vehicle for high lift work. SOLUTION: Paired movable scaffolds 14 are openably/closably mounted on a base scaffold 12 which is connected to a boom of a crane 8; the smokestack 2 can be inserted between the movable scaffolds 14 in a state wherein the movable scaffolds 14 are opened; the scaffold can be formed on the entire perimeter of the smokestack 2 in a state wherein the movable scaffolds 14 are closed; and the shape of the inner perimeter of each of the movable scaffolds 14 is formed along that of the outer perimeter of the smokestack 2. A scaffold part 15 is constituted by fitting a sheet, composed of expanded metal etc., to the surface of each of the movable scaffolds 14. Additionally, opening/closing operations of the movable scaffolds 14 are performed by using a hydraulic jack 16. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
