FORM FOR PLACING CONCRETE, AND CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic form for placing concrete, which can employ a form fixture applied to a conventional plywood form, ensures a flat concrete surface, is free from concrete leakage, and capable of recycling, and to provide a connection structure of the plastic forms. SOLUTION: The plastic form 30 for placing concrete has a sheathing board portion 32 having one surface serving as a concrete placement surface 31, and side board portions 33 bent from both side edges of the sheathing board portion 32 in a direction opposite to the concrete placement surface 31 of the sheathing board portion 32 at right angles. According to the form 30, each side board portion 33 has a linear protrusion 41 protruding from an outer surface 38 thereof such that one side surface is flush with the concrete placement surface 31. Then a separator insertion slot 44 is formed in the linear protrusion 41, for inserting a separator into the same, and a clamping fixture insertion slot 45 is formed in the outer surface 38 of the side board portion 33, for inserting a clamping fixture into the same.
