Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink jet head having stabilized ink ejection characteristics. SOLUTION: The ink jet head comprises a plurality of pressure chambers 11 being filled with ink liquid, a common liquid chamber 13 for supplying ink liquid into the pressure chambers 11, ink supply passages 22 interconnecting the pressure chambers 11 and the common liquid chamber 13, a plurality of first actuators 12 formed on the pressure chambers 11 in order to eject ink liquid in the pressure chambers 11 from nozzle holes 15 by varying the volume of the pressure chambers 11, and second actuators 14 formed on the ink supply passages 22 and displacing to increase the pressure in the ink supply passages 22 when the ink liquid is ejected and displacing to decrease the pressure in the ink supply passages 22 after the ink liquid was ejected.
