TATAMI BASE DISASSEMBLING METHOD AND TATAMI BASE DISASSEMBLING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a tatami base to be disassembled without cutting sewing thread and thereby to enable the tatami base to be more favorably disassembled. SOLUTION: The tatami base 41 which is sewed by a single thread chain stitch is inserted between rollers 54, 55, 58 and 59 from the end portion 41b of a sewing end side and is sent in a direction of arrow C. A board 43 and a core member 44 are stretched out in a direction where they are away from each other in a state where the top end part of a separation plate 75 is inserted between the board 43 and the core member 44. Thereby, each sewing thread 46 is drawn out from an upper board 45 and the core member 44 in a state left in the board 43 of a sheet 42 side. When the sheet 42 is exfoliated from the board 43 in which the sewing thread 46 is left behind, each sewing thread 46 escapes from the board 43 and is left in the sheet 42. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
