TOOTHBRUSH EQUIPPED WITH VOICE FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush equipped with a voice function which provides a refreshing feeling and an interest to a user and encourages an infant. SOLUTION: The toothbrush 1 equipped with the voice function includes a handle part 1A containing a sound generating device 40, a toothbrush part 1B, and a contact type switching mechanism 2 which comprises a toothbrush part receiving part 7 receiving an end part of the toothbrush part 1B, supported by the handle part through an elastic member 8, and having the end moving in the handle to correspond to teeth bushing movements, a ring-shaped, fixed contact terminal 102A provided on an inner wall of the handle, and a movable contact terminal 102B provided on the end part of the toothbrush part receiving part. The sound generating device 40 is constituted to control to generate a voice message or a melody by following the movements of the contact type switching mechanism. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
