PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve confidentiality of a content of a memory in a mobile machine without increasing complication on an operation of a possessor of the mobile machine. SOLUTION: When the mobile machine 10 transmits a position registration request to a management device 30 (S11), the management device 30 refers to position registration DB34 and confirms that a position of the mobile machine 10 can be registered (namely, service use is not stopped) (T11). When information of position registration disapproval on the mobile machine 10 is stored in position registration DB34, the management device 30 cannot confirm that the position of the mobile machine 10 can be registered. Thus, a position registration refusal response is returned to the mobile machine 10 (T12). The mobile machine 10 receiving the refusal response from the management device 30 automatically inhibits display output of individual use information in a memory (S12). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
