INFORMATION PROCESSOR AND METHOD THEREFOR, AND PROGRAM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which converts fixed point observation images into moving pictures. SOLUTION: The fixed point observation images are composed of a plurality if still images in a JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group) method and an image management file recording their relations. An encoder converts the images when the still images constituting the fixed point observation images are continuously displayed by arranging them in time series to the moving pictures in an MPEG (Moving Picture Experts Group) 1 method, on the basis of the time series information of a plurality of the still images included in the fixed point observation images recorded in the image management file. The information processor, the method, and the program can be applied to the software for managing the still images and the moving pictures or the fixed point observation images.
