Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode structure for a sodium sulfur battery, which can heighten the energy concentration by suppressing internal resistance of a conductor in a positive electrode when charging, by suppressing the resistance of the positive electrode itself and maintaining the charging and discharging throughput to be high. SOLUTION: In the positive electrode structure for the sodium sulfur battery, a solid electrolyte wall 2 transmitting sodium ion is installed and the conductor 11 is installed along the solid electrolyte wall surface, provided with a specified width of thickness from the wall and positive electrode active substance containing sulfur is impregnated in it. A hole 14 is formed in the conductor in the width direction of thickness from a side brought into contact with the solid electrolyte wall.
